Welcome to Tanzra. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. What Tanzra Is
Tanzra is a partner-aware pickleball coaching application that uses Apple Watch sensors and Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology to provide post-match insights for doubles play. Tanzra is designed as a training and improvement tool — it is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or athletic training guidance.
2. Accounts
You sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. One Tanzra account corresponds to one Apple ID.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
During pickleball sessions, Tanzra collects sensor data from your Apple Watch, including motion, heart rate, and UWB ranging measurements. This data is processed to generate coaching insights. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Tanzra, you consent to the collection and processing described in that policy.
4. Early Access and Changes
Tanzra is under active development. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. We make no guarantees about the availability or continuity of any specific feature. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
5. Insights and Accuracy
The coaching insights Tanzra provides are generated through sensor data analysis and machine learning models. These insights are informational and approximate — they should not be relied upon as precise measurements or professional coaching recommendations. Actual accuracy may vary based on equipment, court conditions, play style, and other factors.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application. You may not attempt to access other users' data or accounts, use the service in any way that violates applicable laws, interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or resell or redistribute access to the service.
7. Intellectual Property
Tanzra, including its name, logo, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Tanzra and its creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without written permission.
8. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of Tanzra may require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial periods, and billing terms will be communicated clearly before any charges apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tanzra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanzra and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Tanzra at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Tanzra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Check tanzra.com/terms for the latest version.
